The city of residence to the character of Blurrel is London, UK. He was born in New York but his house was in London as his parents worked there. He has a lot of memories from childhood by living and spending most of time with his grandparents and his brother. He also once tried to leave the city and start a new life in New York but he wanted to stop the violence and crime because he already lost so many people near him and can't stand for another innocent people to die. As he started moving as a vigilante, it was an advantage for him to move around since it is his hometown so he knew the geography very well.
